We do not collect, store, or process personal data from users of Stonks. Everything that happens here happens on-chain or on your device.

TL;DR

Stonks is a decentralized, on-chain product. We do not ask for your name, email, phone, KYC documents, or any other personally identifiable information. You use the app with a crypto wallet. We don't know who you are — and we don't want to.

What data we collect

None that identifies you personally. Stonks is a decentralized application that interacts with public blockchains (TON, EVM-compatible networks, etc.). The only "data" involved is the on-chain data that any observer can see on a block explorer — wallet addresses, transactions, token balances. That information is public by design and is not collected or owned by us.

What we don't do

Cookies & local storage

Stonks may use local browser storage to remember interface preferences (e.g. selected network, dark/light mode, last-used tools). This data never leaves your device. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, anonymous analytics (aggregate page views, feature usage) to understand which parts of the product people find useful. No personal identifiers are collected or linked to your wallet.

Third-party services

When you connect a wallet, sign a transaction, or interact with a blockchain through Stonks, your request is routed through the relevant blockchain's public RPC infrastructure. Those services have their own data-handling policies — we don't control them, and any data visible to them (IP address, request metadata) is governed by their policies, not ours.

Telegram bots

Stonks operates several Telegram bots (Trading bot, Gem Bot, New Pairs Bot). Interacting with a Telegram bot means your Telegram user ID is visible to the bot, which is a technical requirement of the Telegram platform itself. We use that ID only to route messages and execute the commands you send. We do not share it.

On-chain data

Every transaction you make on a public blockchain is permanently visible on that chain. This is not something we control — it's how public blockchains work. If you value pseudonymity, use wallets and flows accordingly.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is effectively nothing for us to "give back," "delete," or "correct." If you have a specific concern, you can reach us — details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
