Stonks is a decentralized, non-custodial, permissionless on-chain toolset. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or fiduciary services. Any token, trade, launch, or strategy you see on this platform is information — not a recommendation. Invest only what you can afford to lose — in full.
Not financial advice
Nothing published on Stonks — including this site, Telegram bots, in-app notifications, AI-generated commentary, charts, stats, token pages, or launch pads — constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We are not your broker, not your adviser, and not your fiduciary. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Decentralized & non-custodial
Stonks is a set of open-source tools and interfaces that interact with public blockchains. We never hold your assets. Your funds stay in your self-custody wallet at all times. That also means:
- We cannot freeze, seize, or reverse a transaction.
- We cannot recover lost seed phrases or mistakenly sent funds.
- We cannot refund a trade, a failed launch, or a rug pull.
- Smart contracts execute automatically — there is no "customer service" for on-chain activity.
Market risk
Crypto markets are extremely volatile. Prices can move 50%+ in a single day. Many tokens go to zero. Liquidity can disappear. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You can and may lose everything you put in.
Token launch risk
Stonks lets anyone launch a token. We do not vet, audit, endorse, or guarantee the viability, intentions, or legitimacy of any project that uses the platform. Even projects with "fair launch," bonding-curve, or revenue-share mechanics can fail, be abandoned, or turn out to be malicious. Treat every token as risky by default. DYOR (do your own research).
AI output
Stonks uses AI agents for code generation, audits, and commentary. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or hallucinated. Never act on AI output as if it were verified truth. Always cross-check against source code, on-chain data, and independent review.
Smart-contract risk
Smart contracts can contain bugs, exploits, or economic design flaws — even after audits. Interacting with any contract (ours or a third party's) carries the risk of total loss of funds due to exploits, failed transactions, MEV, front-running, or mis-configured parameters.
Network & infrastructure risk
Blockchains, RPC endpoints, bridges, wallets, and third-party services can fail, go offline, get hacked, or behave unexpectedly. Transactions may be delayed, dropped, or executed at unexpected prices during periods of congestion.
Regulatory risk
Crypto regulation varies by jurisdiction and is evolving quickly. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of Stonks, the tokens you hold, the trades you make, and the launches you participate in are legal where you live. If crypto activity is restricted in your jurisdiction, do not use this platform.
No guarantees
- No guarantee of returns, profit, or preservation of capital.
- No guarantee that any specific token will list, graduate, or retain value.
- No guarantee of uptime, bug-free operation, or data accuracy.
- No guarantee that features shown today will exist tomorrow.
Your responsibility
By using Stonks you acknowledge that you alone are responsible for your decisions — what tokens you buy, what projects you launch, what strategies you run, what wallets you use, and what risks you accept. Everyone invests at their own risk.
In one sentence.
Stonks is a decentralized toolkit, not an investment service — nothing here is financial advice, crypto is volatile, and you are fully responsible for every decision you make.
